You can't buy this skin anymore.

This skin was removed from the game now. However, there's still hope to obtain it through events or rewards.

Many events are giving away skins that are valuable and rare. The original price for this skin was 6900 points without any discounts.

The official website announced on February 1st that including this arbitration saint knight in mind will be taken offline by April 18th at 11:59 PM along with other fifty skins. They will likely become collector skins after they're gone and can only be obtained through events or rewards then on.

Cloud Mountain Second Season brings many changes! While everyone focuses on S9 Worlds,

some summoners choose to fight in Cloud Mountain instead,

ignoring all external affairs,

Who cares about team battles when we have Cloud Mountain?

We know that Cloud Mountain isn't yet out of First Season version but as versions change quickly soon comes Second Season!

Recently LOL announced some news about Cloud Mountain Second Season:

Two new heroes were added while two heroes got remade including their names changed too!

Firstly let's talk about these two remade heroes - Blum gets some small changes but he becomes tankier;

then there's Atkox who not only became 'arbitration Saint Knight' appearance-wise but also switched species from evil to light.

That would be interesting! In Cloud Mountains where heroes change due to changing appearances...

Atkox after his remake completely "abandons darkness turns towards light" indeed quite intriguing

his skills remain unchanged except Q skill remains as slashing attack

Next up are our two new arrivals! They're Annie (4 gold) & Aion (1 gold).

Annie has powerful skills directly comparable to Summoner Rift R Skills plus she’s an elemental mage which means she summons creatures alongside her little mushroom - how does one defeat her?

Aion being just one-gold hero serves as druidic class whose ability is granting shields for teammates...

These additions mean more variety in playstyles.

However factually speaking there aren’t yet fifty-nine heroes since designer Mort mentioned during live streaming that Dragon King won't appear in second season!

What does this mean? Dragon King’s absence affects various strategies such as wild dual dragon tactics or most famous dragon riding strategy... even six-element dual dragon combos etc., all those tactics could receive epic-level “strikes” without Dragon King - four-gold hero; currently hard saying how much impact though given current state design might make big changes indeed within second season...
